September Business Giving

First of all I’d like to pass on a huge thank you to all of the clients who have contributed towards our $200 million milestone.

We’re incredibly proud of the programs you all run within your organisations and we thank you for your continued support. If you run a workplace giving program, this is a great time to remind your employees that their support is making a significant impact to communities in need.  And if you provide matching, you may want to highlight the impact that you have created together. It is something you should be very proud of.

70% of companies on the Good2Give Workplace Giving platform match their employee’s workplace giving donations, with many tripling their participation rates. And some companies choose to celebrate special events or occasions by doubling their matching.

Matching via the Good2Give platform is quick, easy and digital and takes away that painful process of collecting receipts and assessing employee matching, meaning you can spend more time focussing on what’s important.

But did you know that you can also match donations through Fundraising at Work?

In the past, the main way to match an employee’s fundraising efforts would be to go through a post-tax matching process; especially with popular campaigns, like Movember, who use a central platform to receive donations.

But now, you can extend your matching from your workplace giving program, through to your employees fundraising efforts. And with Movember coming up, it’s the perfect time to show your support for your employees mo-growing efforts, or their afternoon teas, in aid of men’s health.

If you have any queries about Fundraising at Work, our matching program, or any of Good2Give’s services or upcoming opportunities, please get in touch with your Client Relations Manager.

And be sure to check out our case study with Aurizon below, to see how they embedded community priorities into their culture, and acted fast to support those affected by Cyclone Debbie.
