Case Study: Suncorp creating Brighter Futures
With over 13,000 employees across Australia and New Zealand, Suncorp is one of Australia’s largest financial service organisations. In 2018, Suncorp turned their attention to a Matched Giving Program to help support the causes their employees are most passionate about. This program matched their employees Workplace Giving efforts to a budget of one million dollars and will continue to do so each financial year.
Currently, Suncorp employees are supporting over 350 local charities and grassroot organisations across Australia and New Zealand. As a result, Suncorp has been able to deliver much needed funds to local communities and they aim to boost contributions in the coming years.
NSW and QLD Bushfires – help is needed
The devasting bushfires in New South Wales and Queensland have destroyed peoples’ homes, their businesses and affected the native wildlife of Australia. Although the immediate threat has subsided, the affected communities may take years to recover.
Good2Give has set up an emergency appeal on our Workplace Giving Platform where you can support the people directly affected by those bushfires.
