South East Water Community Grants

New client, South East Water is launching a new community grants program very soon for communities in Melbourne’s south-east. Deductible Gift Recipients (DGR) and Non-DGR charitable entities can apply for grants up to $10,000 for eligible recreational and environmental projects, events or programs. In July 2019, 11 Beat the Bottle Environment Grants were distributed to successful applicants. Grants included a mix of funding and equipment to hold co-branded clean-up events throughout the Sydney, the Blue Mountains and Illawarra regions. Local Community Grants

In July 2019, Sydney Water announced 65 successful applicants for their Local Community Grants program. Approximately $54,000 of grants were distributed to community organisations that support local activities and services around arts and heritage, safety, education, health and wellbeing.
