Who is Goodstack?

  • Goodstack helps global companies like Adobe, Microsoft, Canva, and Airbnb support the causes they care about — from charity verifications, to employee giving, to grants and fundraising.

Why we are joining forces:

  • Goodstack’s global reach and technology, combined with Good2Give’s legacy and purpose, will enable us to offer superior products, services and greater impact. 

Will there be any disruption to service?

  • No. Your programs, SLAs, and contacts remain in place. You’ll see continuity today, with added capability over time.

Why do we need to sign a new contract?

  • Your agreement needs to be moved to Goodstack Australia Pty Ltd, the Australian entity. Terms and SLAs will remain unchanged. 

Will pricing change?

  • No. There are no pricing changes as part of this transition.

Will our account manager or support team change?

  • No. Our team and ways of working will all remain the same, meaning your day-to-day account management and support team will remain the same.

How will Goodstack improve our programs?

Over time you’ll benefit from:

  • Faster product innovation (new features, stronger reporting).
  • Broader global nonprofit coverage.
  • Enhanced compliance and security controls.

Are there any changes to data security?

  • No. Our cyber security environment remains a top priority, as such there will be no change to any of our processes or controls as we transition to Goodstack.

What happens if I have concerns during the transition?

  • Your account manager will remain your main point of contact, supported by the Australian and global leadership teams.
