DescriptionVictoria State Emergency Service is charged with managing Victorias response to fires,flood, storm, tsunami and earthquake and operates the largest road rescue network in Australia.We have more than 5,000 volunteers - of all ages, professions and background - that have a shared desire to make a difference for all Victorians.We live and work in our communities and embody the spirit of community service. We work on the front lines, in the control centres, in rural and metropolitan locations, anywhere there is a community need. We are helping our communities affected by the bushfires in Victoria.Our people are highly skilled; well equipped; trained comprehensively in a wide range of emergency environments. We engage directly with communities, supporting them on how best to prepare for emergencies; minimise impact when they occur; and strengthen the capacity to recover swiftly and safely.Thank you for helping us support Australian communities in need.
