With qualifications across accounting and law, together with significant experience in corporate governance, risk management and compliance, our Finance and Compliance Team ensures Good2Give consistently meets our high standards of accounting, compliance and risk management in relation to client and regulatory requirements. They are also responsible for funds management and coordinate the disbursement of all funding to recipient charities and community organisations on behalf of Good2Give’s clients and donors.
By working closely with all teams within Good2Give, the Finance and Compliance Team helps to ensure our client’s funding objectives and reporting requirements are being met.
With over 35 years of experience, Richard joined Good2Give in 2013 and has responsibility for its accounting, reporting, tax, funds management, risk management and compliance, and company secretarial functions. Richard also attends the Board, Audit and Risk Committee and Investment Committee meetings. Richard has a strong background in financial services working for organisations such as QBE, GE and BHP and he also has experience working with and for small businesses.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a Justice of the Peace.
Meredith is responsible for coordinating the disbursement of all funding to recipient charities and community organisations on behalf of Good2Give’s clients and donors. She ensures Good2Give is consistently meeting our high standards of compliance and risk-management.
