Michelle Adler

Client & Partnerships Manager

Michelle Adler is a client manager with over 15 years of customer service experience primarily in the technology industry. Her passion is finding strategic business solutions through technology and engagement and doing good for the community in the process.

Ben Prats

Senior Grants Administrator

Ben’s role is to scope and implement corporate grants programs at Good2Give. He has a Masters of Environmental Management with his previous role at Good2Give providing support for workplace giving programs.

Fiona Phillipps

Support Team Leader

Fiona is a strong supporter for socially conscious businesses promoting workplace giving for the benefit of employees and the community. She is a customer service leader and provides support for companies managing giving appeals and projects with Good2Give.

Donna Riley O’Neill

Client Relations Manager

Donna has worked at Good2Give since its inception and has leading edge knowledge of integrated giving solutions and experience in project managing end-to-end grants, workplace giving and Employer Matched Giving programs for local and global companies.

Shilpa Shrivastava

Client Services Officer

Shilpa provides support for the grants programs and various foundations and trusts clients. She has experience in both the charity and commercial sector, including roles at The Smith Family and NAB. She has a Ph.D. in Chemistry and volunteers for Boomerang Bags.

Sarah Goodman-Jones

Client Services Officer

Sarah works closely with Grant applicants and supports them throughout the application and assessment process. She is an integral part of the Grants team administrating the Grants rounds on behalf of our clients. Previously she worked at several universities in an administrative and project officer capacity and has also been a Japanese teacher to primary school students.

Chris Wishart

Client Relations Manager

Chris has decades of experience in the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors. She advises businesses such as NAB, PwC, Medibank, Australia Post, Telstra, The Reject Shop and REA Group on building sustainable community partnerships and giving programs that create shared value.

Nikki Anstis

Client Relations Manager

Nikki is motivated by developing strong relationships with her clients, which drives engagement and results in impactful change for the community. She brings over 10 years experience working in customer service, account management and business development across a diverse industry range, most recently being the professional services sector.

Tracy Butler

Client Relations Manager

Tracy has a career spanning over 20 years within corporate, government, not for profit and small business environments.  She has a passion for assisting clients and teams to achieve business goals whilst helping to create value through purpose driven social causes. Tracy has worked as a supplier to many of Australia’s largest charities providing fundraising services in peer to peer, call centre and face to face fundraising campaigns.

Georgia Williams

Client Services Officer

Georgia works as a Client Services Officer, where she facilitates and administers Workplace Giving programs for our clients, as well as supporting our work with charities and foundations. Her background is in geography and environmental management, and she is passionate about volunteering in Australia and overseas.
