Good2Give’s leadership and teams embody our values. We pride ourselves on providing the highest levels of quality customer service, governing ourselves with honesty and integrity, and maintaining our commitment to continuous improvement. Our organisation’s mission and vision is front of mind for everyone at Good2Give, which means we endeavour to create a positive community impact with everything we do. Our people are key.

Our Chief Executive Officer, Lisa Grinham, joined Good2Give in 2012 and has led the digital transformation of Good2Give over the past six years. Our team of 25 specialist staff are led by and managed at an operational level by an executive leadership team with senior level experience in technology product development, client relations, charity management, marketing communications and finance.

We are directed by an independent Board comprising strategic expertise in the not-for-profit sector, technology, corporate community investment and finance. Good2Give’s commitment to being market-led and delivering optimal value means that we have advisory groups on technology and research, bringing together the best minds in online service delivery, cyber security, risk management, data protection and analysis, privacy, marketing and fundraising.

Good2Give walks the talk on community investment, providing staff with an annual volunteer day, values-led professional development and access for all staff to matched workplace giving. In the 2016/17 financial year, we collectively donated more than $13,000 to charities.

Leadership

Good2Give is governed by our Board of Directors chaired by Cynthia Nadai. Lisa Grinham is our Chief Executive Officer.

Client & Charity Relations

Our client and charity relations team provides high quality service and expert advice to more than 150 companies throughout Australia and New Zealand. We ensure our 2,000 partner charities are maximising the opportunities for businesses and donors to support them through giving.

Product and Technology

Our specialist team of developers, technology product managers, user experience and digital design experts ensure our Workplace Giving Platform and bespoke online giving solutions are produced to leading edge quality. We work to best practice for data and privacy management, cyber security, and assure our clients of the most stringent quality assurance for charity validations.

Marketing and Communication

Sharing stories, case studies, guidance, the latest thinking and expertise in giving is central to our mission that we build a more giving society by inspiring and enabling businesses and people to support communities they care about. Our marketing and communications team is comprised of content, communications, digital and strategic marketing experts who work in close collaboration with our partners, clients and charities.

Operations and Finance

Our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer lead a team of operations, administration and finance specialists that make our organisation hum.

Advisors

Good2Give has advisory groups on risk, technology and research to ensure that we maintain our commitment to best practice in everything we do.
