Our organisation’s mission and vision is front of mind for everyone at Good2Give, which means we endeavour to create a positive community impact with everything we do. Our people are key.
Our Chief Executive Officer, Lisa Grinham, joined Good2Give in 2012 and has led the digital transformation of Good2Give over the past six years. Our team of 25 specialist staff are led by and managed at an operational level by an executive leadership team with senior level experience in technology product development, client relations, charity management, marketing communications and finance.
We are directed by an independent Board comprising strategic expertise in the not-for-profit sector, technology, corporate community investment and finance. Good2Give’s commitment to being market-led and delivering optimal value means that we have advisory groups on technology and research, bringing together the best minds in online service delivery, cyber security, risk management, data protection and analysis, privacy, marketing and fundraising.
Good2Give walks the talk on community investment, providing staff with an annual volunteer day, values-led professional development and access for all staff to matched workplace giving. In the 2018/19 financial year, we collectively donated more than $15,000 to charities.
Good2Give is governed by our Board of Directors chaired by Cynthia Nadai. Lisa Grinham is our Chief Executive Officer.
Our Finance and Compliance Team ensures Good2Give consistently meets our high standards of accounting, compliance and risk management in relation to client and regulatory requirements.
Good2Give has advisory groups on risk, technology and research to ensure that we maintain our commitment to best practice in everything we do.
